Luke began working in the IT industry in 1999 and has since co-founded Relish Organics with Carmel.His real passions in life are music and food and he is constantly seeking quality in both. It is for this reason he has enjoyed learning about and eating organic food for many years and has a keen interest in its all-round benefits. He also wants to see organic made a real food option for everyone.
He has managed the market stall with Carmel since its inception and is now set to co-manage and work in their organic retail store as well.
